Terms of Use

By downloading or using SnapSheet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SnapSheet for your own lawful purposes. This license does not permit you to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its source code.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
- Sublicense or sell the app or access to it.
- Remove or obscure any proprietary notices within the app.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use SnapSheet only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
- Use the app to process or export data you do not own or have the right to use.
- Attempt to circumvent any security or rate-limiting mechanisms in the app.
- Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation or the services it depends on.
- Violate Google's Terms of Service when using SnapSheet's Google Sheets integration.
Google Services
SnapSheet's export feature relies on the Google Sheets API. By connecting your Google account, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service. SnapSheet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SnapSheet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the data extraction will always be accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use SnapSheet, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (if any) in the twelve months prior to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content within SnapSheet — including the name, logo, UI design, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of the SnapSheet developer and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to SnapSheet at any time and for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will immediately end.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the app. Your continued use of SnapSheet after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
